Thai chicken satay

I had another eating party, hosted by Kevin on Fri evening....the dinner was themed 'made-your-own' pizza, where you select the raw ingredients, placed in on the thin crust dough, and then baked in the oven for about 8-10mins, and it was ready to be served and eaten HOT!!! It was really fun, arranging and making sure the ingredients doesn't topple or overflow.
The next day, I went out lunch at a Thai restaurant with a friend, Karen. I tried their chicken satay but concluded that Malaysian satay is more delicious...maybe because in the Thai satay, they used coconut to season the chicken..I do like coconut but somehow it doesn't match with my tastebud on this dish...Anyhow, I can say the overall food was reasonable. After lunch, we headed to 4th street for some shopping, then to Takara Sake for sake tasting...it was really a spontaneous action. We tried nearly 10 types of different sake, and after leaving the place...I felt so dizzy!!! maybe I had a little too much to drink, somemore with empty stomach..so it is a double blow effect...Instantly, we decided to eat dinner straightaway, and the nearest one was Vik's! This is my 4th time to Vik's in a row! I can really break my record now!!! :) Well...we'll see whether I will end up in Vik's next weekend :)...
