View from Indian Rock Park
Last Saturday, Yumiko and I went for a walk to Indian Rock Park, located at North Berkeley. The walk was a pretty interesting one cause we passed through 3 small paths, Terrace Walk, Fountain Walk and Indian Rock Path. I didn't know that Berkeley has so many small paths (or should I say 'shortcut') for pedestrians who wanted to go from one street to the next one along the alley between houses! It took us about 35mins to reach to our destination, where the view from the Indian Rock was breathtaking...the only drawback for that day was it was pretty foggy overlooking the San Francisco area...well..SF is always foggy!, but nevertheless, it had a good view of the bay area! After spending about 1hour there, we took a bus down to San Pablo Ave and went to Tokyo Fish Market for some groceries shopping. That was my 1st time visiting this grocery shop and the Japanese food stuffs they sold there were all very familiar! I end up buying miso soup and wakame! I had a good outing with lotsa exercise (walking up and down hill) and weight lifting (from the heavy groceries we bought) :-)
Just a quote for the day: 'Some people come into our lives, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never the same' -unknown-
